What we need
When you become a client of Ness Gallagher Solicitors Limited, we will collect, store and use the personal information that you provide to us in your instructions and during the course of our solicitor / client relationship. We employ third party suppliers to provide services, including IT, fee auditing and law accounting. These suppliers may process personal data on our behalf as "processors" and are subject to written contractual conditions to only process that personal data under our instructions and protect it.

How long we keep your personal information
Once the case is complete and our legal services have ended, we will hold onto the personal data in your file for at least twenty years in line with the long prescriptive period. We will also comply with the Law Society of Scotland’s Guidance on the Destruction of Files. We have a data retention policy which reflects this approach.
